7-Day Intensive (June 29-July 6): In the 7-day intensive you will work directly with Daryl Burch and Taylor Brough on a) broad-based topic research; b) first, second, and third order theory lectures followed by seminar-style discussion; c) executing what we’ve learned through practice debates, drills, and tricks. This week is not focused so much on file production as it is getting that extra-level of insight from two of the greatest debate minds on tricks of the trade, situating yourself in debate to be a champion, and serious investigation into the history and theory behind the arguments. It’s like a topic lecture on steroids and then more. Lots of drills and practice debates organized around the provided debate packet means you’re way ahead of the game right at the start of the summer. If you opt in, you’ll also debate the RKS instructors, so you can really step your game up. In Person cost with early deposit discount $1400 without $1450. Online cost $600 with early discount deposit, $650 without
We recommend this option for people who are working to be top-level debaters and win championships or make the step from sometimes breaking at a tournament to dusting the competition. It’s also a good option for those who have other summer plans but want a good start on the topic.
